Whether you need some time to improve your credit, want to explore a new neighborhood before making the commitment of a home purchase, or just need more space than an apartment can give you, we can help get you into your dream home today. You'll be able to rent it at a secured rate for up to five years, and you're welcome to purchase it from the owner at any time. All the homes we have available are in the top 50% of school districts in the state.

The process is easy, transparent, and built on a foundation of choice and flexibility -- the whole point is to find you a home you love. In order to qualify, you need to have a minimum credit score of 525, a combined household income of at least $50,000/year, and no felonies on your record.

How Does the Program Work?

STEP 1: apply and get approved

Start the process by filling out a pre-qualification application. To be approved, you'll need a credit score of 525+, a combined household income of $50,000, and no felonies on your record.

STEP 2: find a home

Once you're approved, we'll start house hunting together to find a home that's right for you! All eligible houses are located in the top 50% of school districts in the state.

STEP 3: move in and rent

Our investment partner, Home Partners of America, will buy the home, and you'll rent from them for at least one year and up to five years. The rental rates and potential purchase prices will be locked in for you, so there won't be any surprises.

STEP 4: buy when/if you want

During your rental period, you can buy the home at any time you'd like for a previously agreed upon price. If you choose not to buy, that's okay too!
